CAM Environmental Services is an approved vendor for many major CAM Insuranceindustrial and commercial clients in Texas and Louisiana. Our insurance policies are from top rated insurance companies and meet or exceed some of the most stringent requirements in the marketplace.

Typical coverages include:


Worker's Compensation Insurance (TX and LA)


For employee bodily injury by accident or disease, CAM carries Worker's Comp and Employers Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 for each accident, $1,000,000 for each employee, and $1,000,000 for the policy limit.


General and Professional Liability


To cover any general, professional, or contractual liabilities, CAM carries General Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 for each occurrence with a General Aggregate of $2,000,000 and a Completed Operation Aggregate of $2,000,000. This insurance is further enhanced with the addition of Excess Liability, described next.


Excess Liability


For any general or professional liability not covered by the standard G&L policy, CAM carries an Excess Liability policy in the amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence. This policy also applies to products and completed operations.


Business Automobile


CAM carries automobile liability in the amount of $1,000,000 for bodily injury, property damage, and underinsured motorist.


 

CAM Environmental will also meet any specific requirements or policies your company may have including:

"Certificate Holder is Additional Insured" requirements

"Waiver of Subrogation" requirements

"30-day Notice of Cancellation or Material Change" requirements

In the event that CAM Environmental utilizes the services of subcontractors, all subcontractors will have comparable coverages.
