CAM's Commitment to Safety
At CAM Environmental, working safe is one of our Core Values and is a condition of employment, both for our employees as well as for our subcontractors. We believe that all accidents are preventable - a belief that has shaped our culture and work practices.

Safety is built into every CAM procedure and its use is assured through the following elements:
1. A formal EH&S Program that includes a written Safety Manual containing procedures and work practices covering every potential hazard CAM employees are likely to encounter.
2. Employee participation through documented safety meetings, safety training, and workplace audits.
3. A Hazard Recognition Program including the use of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) forms.
4. Employee training in the use of PPE.
5. A Substance Abuse Program that includes pre-placement and random testing, testing for cause, and post incident testing.
6. Pre-employment and yearly medical exams.
7. A Corrective Action Program that addresses individual and process deficiencies.
