The following sample reports will give you an idea of how CAM's Data Manager can help you manage asbestos in your facility:

The Homogeneous Area Info Report lists the condition of ACM in a specific area and is a great example of how field data can be merged with analytical data to provide a complete picture of actual site conditions.

The Analysis by Homogeneous Area Report provides the analytical data for the samples in a specific area.

The Abated Areas by Unit is an example of how you can track abatement activities which keeps your survey data current and up-to-date.

 

How to Submit Lab Samples

Submitting samples to our laboratory for analysis is an easy, straightforward process. Here how:

1. Make sure that all samples are placed inside of a clean container such as a Zip-Lock plastic bag and carefully sealed. Clean any residue from the outside of the sample container with a damp paper towel.

2. Use a permanent marker (ie: "Sharpie" or "Magic Marker") to label the container with a unique Sample Number (ie: Sample # 1) and a description (ie: ceiling tile, Room 202, NW corner)

3. Enter this information on CAM's Chain of Custody. Be sure to also fill out your contact information, the required turnaround time, and your payment information (see our Analtyical Price List for current pricing). CAM Environmental accepts all major credit cards (no personal checks please). Results will not be released until full payment has been received.

4.Place the samples and the Chain of Custody into a sturdy shipping container and send it via US mail, private courier, or commercial carrier, to the following location:

Please keep in mind that our turnaround times do not apply until we have physically received the sample(s).

5. You will be notified of your results by phone. A printed report will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you depending on your preference.
