Project Snapshots

Williams Refinery (North Pole, Alaska)

During a major crude unit turnaround, CAM technicians worked as staging officers directing the course and segregation of spent hydroblast water and other waste streams created by the turnaround.  As a result, all waste hydroblast water was processed in-plant eliminating the cost of outside disposal.

Hurricane Katrina Recovery (Slidell)

For this project, CAM functioned as the HAZWASTE Coordinator for an EPA-funded project involving the collection, characterization, consolidation, recycling, and/or removal of household hazardous waste throughout the Slidell, LA area after the area was hit by Hurricane Katrina.

Natural Gas Plant Demolition

Prior to the demolition of this decommissioned natural gas plant, CAM personnel were responsible for the sampling, identification, consolidation, manifesting, and disposal of all remaining chemical waste streams.  CAM also conducted chemical monitoring during actual demolition activities.
